One Salsa Burrito Please

So this doesn't really have anything to do with pregnancy or the baby but it's kind of funny. On Monday, DH walked to my work to "pick me up" and then we walked home together. We had our doula coming over so we just decided to grab something fast instead of making dinner.

Baja Fresh is on the way home so we went there. I usually order a bean and cheese burrito but I was feeling adventurous so I decided to try something new. DH ordered a Baja Burrito with steak so I thought I would order that too:

However, I don't really like meat in my burritos and especially not steak so I asked for it with no meat and guacamole on the side. For some reason I just assumed this burrito would have beans in it.

We got home and opened our packages and my burrito was pretty cold. I thought this was odd until I started eating it and realized I was eating a salsa burrito.

Here are the ingredients of the baja burrito:

Your choice of charbroiled chicken, pork carnitas or charbroiled steak, melted jack cheese, handmade guacamole and Pico de Gallo.

Ok, so if you take out the meat and put the guacamole on the side you have
[1] a tortilla
[2] melted jack cheese and
[3] pico de gallo - LOTS of it

Hilarious! But we were already at home with our food and I just had to eat it. It was okay but I would definitely not order that again.

I wonder how many calories that burrito had? The steak burrito has 850 calories so I wonder what it has when you take out the steak?

Well anyway - next time we go there I am just sticking with what I know! Bean and cheese!
